If you're unhappy with your purchase of BBAC membership or other services, and we've never had anyone who has been, then of course we'll refund your money if you let us know within a couple of weeks. Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the you place your order and are shown inclusive of VAT (where charged). Purchases made by those outside the EU do not incur VAT. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. VAT is only charged on a percentage of your membership fee; for details, please see the bottom of any email confirmation orders.


If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
